We’re building a team dedicated to heroic customer experience that’s moving in-house at the Represent HQ. Candidates applying must be local to the Manchester/North West area, with experience in customer services and a knowledge of the brand’s history. The roles will be full time, beginning November.

This is a managerial role managing a new and dedicated Customer Service team.  

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Day to day management of the customer service team.
  • Report and regularly feedback and communicate to key-stakeholders within the brand. 
  • Ensures seamless transitions across service levels based on customer needs and areas of interest and that any requests/issues mentioned by the customer are immediately addressed.
  • Serves in different areas of the brand based on business needs
  • Makes the customer experience easy, efficient and fluid. 
  • Efficiently and graciously handles escalated issues.
  • Demonstrates timely follow-through on customer requests, questions and needs.
  • Looks for opportunities and suggestions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Team player and lead by example.
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 3-4 year of customer support experience.
    • Experienced and comfortable managing a team.
    • Able to work a full time role in-house at Represent HQ- 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

    • Must have experience within Ecommerce, ideally Shopify.
