Due to the brands continued growth and expansion, we are searching for an Ecommerce Executive to join the inhouse ecommerce and wider digital team.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Work alongside the Ecommerce Manager ensuring the smooth running of all online stores. 
  • Proactively manage the day-to-day product merchandising and general website maintenance, ensuring all online stores are working to full capacity. 
  • Continually monitor and report on customer shopping behaviour and key-metrics such as CVR/CRO and bounce rate, using website analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Search for new ways to improve and enhance the onsite user journey and experience to ensure optimum website performance. 
  • Support the internal production and buying teams by influencing product and stock focussed decisions using website data and findings. 
  • Work closely with the content and SEO team ensuring every website page and product page is fully optimised for search engine rankings.  
  • Comfortably communicate with and manage external partner relationships such as agencies, freelancers and other service providers. 
  • Troubleshoot onsite and customer issues working with the customer service team, when required. 
  • Identify digital trends, opportunities and innovations to help contribute to the brands growth.
  • Confidently present reports to key and senior stakeholders within the brand. 
Must Haves
  • 2-years ecommerce experience.
  • Good Shopify experience and knowledge.
  • SEO knowledge.
  • B2C experience.
