Social Media & Influencer Manager, Manchester

Key responsibilities:
  • Working closely with Senior members to define our organic social strategy (core focus Instagram and Tik Tok) - balancing creativity and out-of-the-box thinking with key KPI's
  • Develop our influencer strategy, and create an outreach plan which aligns with our brand ethos
  • Maximise social reach and influencer activity for company campaigns and product launches. As well as developing engaging on-brand social-only campaigns to drive KPI’s
  • Create our social content schedule in line with our marketing calendar and communications pillars
  • Work closely with our Creative team to plan social content.
  • Pro-actively engage with our community on all channels, including working with our customer support team for queries via social to ensure speedy responses
  • Identify opportunities to increase UGC
  • Influencer and content creator sourcing, outreach and seeding for both organic and paid activity and campaigns
  • Negotiate influencer contracts and budgets
  • Oversee all influencer gifting, including coming up with ideas for great gifting experiences
  • Reporting and analysis of social media and influencer performance.
