We have always been aware that our returns process is an area that could be improved and enhanced. After watching & listening to your comments we have been building something behind the scenes for some time. We are happy to announce that the new Represent Returns Portal is now live onsite which will make any future returns a seamless, hassle-free and easier process, from start to finish. Here are some new key features & changes which will make returning items much easier. The portal itself is a fully online system, where you can log your returns and everything is tracked and done through your unique QR code, so no need for printers! This makes the system totally paperless which is not only much more convenient but also eco-friendly, it also makes for a much more sustainable returns journey altogether, which is something we are always looking to achieve as a brand. We are happy to say that we are offering Free returns for all our UK customers, our non UK customers will get the most competitive shipping/carrier prices available in your area straight through the portal itself, so no wasting time trying to find your own couriers. You are also able to pay for the shipping straight through the portal for convenience. Tracking your returned parcel has become much easier too, the portal is able to offer end to end real time tracking so you can see where your return is up to at any time during the process, or if you're not wanting to check your progress manually, the portal is able to offer Email or SMS updates across every major touchpoint to make the return journey easier and more transparent. The system also allows us to refund your money much quicker, as it allows our warehouse to scan the returns and get your money back to you within 4 business days of the parcel landing back with us. Our global returns policy still remains that you must return the items within 14 days of receiving your parcel, and the items must be in its original, unworn condition with all original tags & packaging intact.
