Our Initial Mules for men feature soft suede uppers with a metal Initial logo to the strap. The custom designed EVA outsole has a moulded footbed, with deep heel cup, arch support and toe grip. A microfibre lining finishes the footbed to limit slipping of the feet, making them a perfect shoe for all day, every day.

Some of our men's mules feature a matte powder coated metal Initial to the upper, tonal hued to match the body of the mule. Others have a clean metal Initial logo, with a high gloss. All of our men's mules have a luxury suede composition. Our black and cashmere mules have a soft suede hand feel, and our tan, sky blue, grey and brown have our luxury hairy suede.

Where are Represent mules made?

The mules are hand crafted in Portugal, with suede uppers and a metal Initial logo to the strap.

What is the footbed like on an Initial Mule?

A custom EVA outsole with a moulded footbed, deep heel cup, arch support and a toe grip. A microfibre lining finishes it to stop the foot sliding, which is what makes them wearable all day rather than just around the house.

What is the difference between the suede finishes?

The black and cashmere mules use a soft suede with a smooth hand feel. The tan, sky blue, grey and brown styles use a hairy suede with more texture and a deeper nap.

Can suede mules be worn outside?

They are built for it, with a proper outsole rather than a foam base. Suede does not like sustained wet weather though, so a protector spray is worth using before the first wear.
